To give Agency personnel access to eLandings, you'll first need to verify they appear on the Confidentiality Certificate Signers list. This list is located on the ADF&G Confidentiality of Commercial Fisheries Information Confluence page here or can be obtained from Sabrina Larsen or Carole Triem at Sabrina Donnellan at ADF&G HQ. If Agency personnel do not appear on the Confidentiality Certificate Signers list, they will need to complete a ADF&G Certificate of Awareness form and return it to Sabrina Larsen Sabrina Donnellan at ADF&G HQ for processing before an eLandings user account may be created.
Next you'll need to provide them with a user account in the system.

The fields outlined below in red must be entered to successfully create the new user.

Tip |
Please check with the Agency Leads to determine whether or not the user requires access to any of the specialty roles listed below.
|
Click the 'Save' Button to create the new user.
It's a good practice to run a search on the newly created user to make sure that everything is correct before notifying the Agency User that their account is ready.
|
Once you are satisfied with the assigned security roles and the user data is entered, click on the "Save" button to complete these changes.
Once the user has been saved, you will be redirected to the user summary page. Use the hamburger menu in the upper right to enable the log in for the new user.
At this point the user is ready to use the eLandings login page and retrieve a temporary password to sign in. Have the new user enter in their user ID and click on the "Forgot Password" button on the log in screen. This will generate a temporary password which will be sent to the email address on file and allow them to log in and update the password to one of their choosing.
