To create a new Agency User
Select 'Agency Users' from the 'Admin' drop down menu.
This will open the AgencyUser Search page.
Click on the 'Create' Button at the top of the Search page to create a new Agency User.
The Create Agency User page will be displayed.
You must enter a value in all fields marked with an icon. This designates required information.
Click the 'Admin' checkbox to give the new user administrative privileges. This should be used sparingly however.
To allow them to use the 'Mass Update' functionality select that.
And in the case of those who might just need to view information please select the 'Read-only' checkbox.
Click the 'Save' Button to create the new user.

It's a good practice to run a search on the newly created user to make sure that everything is correct before notifying the Agency User that their account is ready. |
