What are our statuses and what do they do? Only Agency users can change the status of operations. Users cannot see any reports in an archived operation.
What are our authorizations and when does inheritance occur

If an operation already exists, they may add as many users as they want
Buying stations are automatically enabled
Custom processing operation creation emails Suja, notifying her, but no form submission is required/approved. Upon creation agency staff must also enable the users. An exception to the rule is that Buying Stations are automatically enabled upon creation, as the parent operation is already approved. To create Custom Processing operations no form submission is required, but agency staff will get an email to review the operation. | |

Common reasons |
for closing an operation are restructuring (sold, partnership changes, mergers, closed, etc.), |
and the new owners have a different EIN or Proc Code/permits |

In one, the eLandings reporting history, people and plant go to the new operation
