All eLandings System generated fish tickets - E tickets, documenting sold or retained halibut shall be reviewed, batched and processed at the local office of the ADF&G. Copies of the electronic tickets do not need to be created and be forwarded to the International Pacific Halibut Commission (IPHC) in Seattle.
All conventional paper fish tickets (G or P) reporting halibut and bycatch of other species shall be reviewed, edited (as required), batched and entered at the local office of the ADF&G. A copy of each conventional fish ticket with halibut and bycatch shall be forwarded to the IPHC. These tickets can be collected together or a period of a couple of weeks and then placed in an envelope stamped to indicate that they have been data entered by ADF&G.
