Before a new user or operation can be enabled a signed user agreement must be received. In some cases users will have lost their user agreement, or had a problem with their printer and closed the PDF before successfully printing. It is possible for users to navigate to their user agreement to reprint it, but the process is not particularly intuitive, and in most cases they will either call for support or will have failed to send in the signed copy and support will be calling them.

New Operation User Agreement

A User Agreement for a new operation can be reprinted by an administrative user for the operation. The administrative user must login to eLandings and display their user profile. They should click on the new operation. The Operation Information and User Maintenance page will display with a message that the "Operation registration must be approved before landing reports can be made". There will also be a message right above the Physical Operation details saying "This operation is currently disabled. Click here to display and print the operation registration form." Clicking on "here" will display the PDF of the user agreement, which can be printed and signed.

New User User Agreement

A User Agreement for a new user can be reprinted by an administrative user for the operation where the new user was originally added. The administrative user must login to eLandings and display their user profile. They should click on the operation where the new user was added. This will display the Operation Information and User Maintenance page for the operation. The new user will appear in the list of Authorized users. The administrator will need to click on the new user in that list. This will display the Register User for Operation page. The new user will need to enter their password and click Find Registration. The Register User for Operation page will redisplay with the user information and the View and Print Registration link visible. The View and Print Registration link will display the PDF of the user agreement, which can be printed and signed.

Alternately, the new user can go to the Register Operation page when not logged in. They can enter their userid and password, and click the Find Registration button. This will redisplay the Register Operation page with the View and Print Registration link visible. The View and Print Registration link will display the PDF of the user agreement, which can be printed and signed.
