When a report is first submitted in the elandings systems it is in Initial Report status and reports need to be finalized before they are considered fully submitted.  Depending on the type of report there are different steps you need to take to complete intial reports.

Groundfish Landing Reports:

• Locate the landing report in question by using the Search for Reports section of the main Reports Menu in eLandings.
• Enter specific search criteria such as the report ID, date of landing, or ADF&G vessel number. 
  • Then click on Search to see your results.
• Once you see the report you want to open, click on the report number in blue text.
• Scroll half way down the page until you see the Submit Final Report button.
  • Click on the Submit Final Report button.
• You have now finalized your landing report.

Production Reports: 

• Production reports submitted via the web application, eLandings need to have all production information entered.
• The user then needs to click on the Save button and are notified that the report was saved but not submitted.
• Once the screen refreshes, the user needs to scroll down the page until they see the Submit Report button and once that has been clicked on, the report is final submitted.

Elogbook:

• There are no steps for finalizing a logbook. 
• Each time the user enters information, it is saved and sent to the server.

Salmon Reports:
