A tender operator just called to say he is ready to take deliveries, but just noticed his thumbdrive is for a different tender. What do I tell him?
Tell him to check his backup thumb drives to see if they are for his tender. If all drives are for another tender, one option is to provide him with a valid password for the other tender. You will need to correct his landing reports on import into eLandings.
A good idea is to have named keychains for each tender's thumb drive.
