Can I set up a new tender user in the tlandings PTI?

Yes, and this is the most efficient method to add a new tender.  When you open the PTI and select the down arrow in the upper left hand corner of the screen, the first window to open is:  Select your operation and Select your tender.  If you need to add or edit a tender, click the Add/Edit button. 

When you establish your tender operations, one user is automatically assigned to the tender operation.  The user id will always be TENDERMAN.  You will establish the password.  All administrative and normal users associated with the plant/receiver operation will inherit rights to all tender operations associated with your operation.
