There was a power outage during import of landing reports
There was a power outage during import of landing reports. How do I recover from this?
PTI will import one report at a time and check it off the list. Take note of which reports have already been imported by using the eLandings search on the Reports Display page. Start PTI and import the reports again and verify that all reports have been imported. If you are now receiving a system error or a report refuses to be imported, even though you know it has not been imported, and then contact elandings@alaska.govfor assistance.
