Does PTI and tLandings run with 64-bit computers and laptops?

Yes, PTI bundles the necessary version of Java to work on both a 32-bit computer and a 64-bit computer. The version of Java installed on the computer shouldn't matter as PTI comes with it's own version. However, if you do encounter this error please contact support at elandings@alaska.gov.

Please note that beginning January 1, 2020 tLandings will no longer be supporting 32 bit laptops.
