Do I have to close the PTI application before I remove thumb drives or to start configuring for another tender?
No. Once thumb drives have been successfully configured, safely remove them. If you are configuring more thumb drives for the same tender, remove current drives, go back to the drive letter selection and refresh the available drives. Otherwise, close the installation dialog and start the configuration again for a new tender.
