Where do I get the 2019 version of the PTI and what is the version?

The 2019 PTI can be downloaded from the link below.  If you have problems, please reference the Program Installation section of this document.  The 2019 Release is 2019.02.26-11.14.37.

After you have successfully downloaded the PTI and icon will appear on your desktop. When you log into the PTI the Release and Build numbers will display.
