Mixed Salmon species code is not allowed on final reports

I began to import landing reports, choosing to upload as Final Report, but get a message that Mixed Salmon species code is not allowed on final reports. What does this mean and what do I do?
You have landing reports that document mixed salmon, code 460. These landing reports may only be uploaded as initial reports, as the specific salmon species of harvest have not yet been identified. Upload the reports as initial reports and perform the Mixed Salmon Update when the production information with the species composition percentages and average weights for these species are available for this batch. The Mixed Salmon Update finalizes the reports.
