a comprehensive review of all aspects of eLandings reporting;
a review of the observer fee program;
a review of user support and staff training resources;
an opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback and exchange information, as well as ideas on all aspects of eLandings and tLandings;
an opportunity to meet the eLandings management team and other end users.
