Manually Landed IFQ Report

If you have to do an IFQ manual landing you are still are required to submit a final landing report in eLandings. The difference is you DO NOT generate the IFQ report.

Go to: http://elandingst.alaska.gov/elandings/Login

Enter the following user ID and password:

Scenario

A longline vessel with multiple permit holders landed and reported 10,000 lbs of halibut on 6/2/2012 The Pisces Plant in Cordova. IFQ reports were created and submitted shortly afterwards but then the plant realized that the IFQ had not been allocated according to what the permit holders wanted. The plant had to call the NMFS data clerks to manually land the 2,000 lbs of condition 04 halibut, all of which was sold.

The harvester fished in the following stat area:

Getting Started


Login to the eLandings training website: http://elandingst.alaska.gov as user lshark, password L_shark. Select the NMFS Test Kodiak Plant operation and 'Groundfish Landing Report' as shown.


Enter the vessel and permit information as shown below.  Enter stat area 365630 and click Save.


 

Click on the Add/Edit Itemized catch button. Enter your line items as shown below. Click Save.


Submit your initial report by clicking on the Submit Initial Report button.


IMPORTANT:  For manually landed IFQ catch, skip the step where you generate IFQ Reports and submit IFQ Reports.


Go straight to submit your final report by clicking on the Submit Final Report button.
