Processors who would like to use the eLandings COAR will need to have the COAR authorization on their USERID. Only an Agency Admin can do this. Operations should have two COAR authorized users. They are required to be authorized on all parent and child operations.

Navigate by Processor Users- Adding an Existing User

Go to the Admin tab and then click on Processor Users.

This will bring you to the Processor User search. You can search by User ID, User Name, Company Name, Email, Port, Proc Code, Fed. Permit #, RCR #, or Reg Buyer #. Here I search by User ID, then click on the Search button.

Depending on what you search on, you may have one or many users populate the table below. Since I search on UserID, I only have one, BETTYB. I click on the blue link.

This table will show you all the operations this user is authorized for and if they are authorized for COAR
on these operations.

Click on the Blue link to open the operation. If you need to find out which operation, search operations from Admin> Operations.

I am going to click on the Looking Glass King Cove, Operation ID 997616. Notice that the COAR column reports "NO=".

Once I click on the Looking Glass King Cove Operation ID of 997616, it will bring up the Operations and Users page. Click on the Edit icon (the notepad and pen icon).

This will bring up the Edit User Authorization window.

Click on the COAR box, and change the Update User Action to "Edit User on Operation and Children".

Then click Save button.

You will get an info message.
