Follow the steps below to change your password in the Agency Desktop Web:

Login to the Agency Workstation with your current password:
Under the Search menu, select Agency Users:
Enter your userid and click the Search button:
Select your user id and click open, and the resulting screen should look like:
Click Reset Password Button:
Enter new password and click ok:
Enter new password again and click ok, which will take you back to your user window:

You must save before exiting, or your password change will not take affect. Click the save icon on the tool bar, or close the user window and click yes on the dialog |
Step 1.
- Once logged into the Agency Desktop, go to the top right corner and click on the arrow next to your user name.
- Select Change Password
Enter your current password, new password, confirm new password, and click Save.
The next time you login to the application use your new password.
