If you 've manually landed IFQ fish, you had to do a manual landing for IFQ halibut/sablefish you are still are required to submit a final landing report with your landed fish in eLandings, but without generating or submitting your IFQ catch.  in eLandings. The difference is you DO NOT generate the IFQ report.

Scenario

Longline vessel (ADF&G# 4) landed and reported 10,000 lbs of halibut on 4/2/2009 at NMFS Test Kodiak Plant. IFQ reports were created and submitted shortly aferwards. However, after the IFQ reports were submitted, 2,000 lbs of additional fish were discovered in the tanks. The plant called the NMFS data clerks to manually land the 2,000 lbs of condition 04 halibut, all of which was sold.
