Making edits to a production report

1. You must process return receipts before you make any changes to your reports.!

82. If changes need to be made to your report after you've already transmitted them to elecrep@noaa.gov, process your return receipt first. Then

  • Once that step has occurred, reopen your report and make your needed changes.
  • Save the changes and

Return receipts need to be processed in the same order that they are transmitted. Changes cannot be made to reports until return receipts are first processed.

If you have any questions about your data, email elandings@alaska or suja.hall@noaa.gov instead of elecrep@noaa.gov.
Elecrep email is not monitored by staff for non-eLandings files.

TIME-SAVER: Another method for processing receipts is to drag and drop receipts from emails to your desktop, then to your open seaLandings window. With your email open, drag your receipt from your email to your desktop.

Then click on the Process File button and your receipt will be processed. Click OK. Your receipt will disappear from your desktop after it is dragged to and processed by your seaLandings program.

You will receive an error message if you attempt to drag your receipt from your email to seaLandings directly. The receipt must be dragged first to your desktop, and then to your seaLandings program.
