In general Agency staff should not be creating new processor users anymore. New operations and processor users must go through the eLandings registration procedure. However, if the admin user of a particular operation has already attempted to add a user unsuccessfully then an Agency User may be able to assist them with the information below. |

You must enter a value in all fields marked with an 
icon. This designates required information.
To allow the Processor User to log in successfully you must select the 'Enable Login' checkbox.
Click the 'Save' Button to create the new user.

It's a good practice to run a search on the newly created user to make sure that everything is correct before notifying the Processor User that their account is ready. |
