Create a New Processor User

In general Agency staff should not be creating new processor users anymore. New operations and processor users must go through the eLandings registration procedure. However, if the admin user of a particular operation has already attempted to add a user unsuccessfully then an Agency User may be able to assist them with the information below. 


Select 'Processor Users' from the 'Admin' drop down menu.

This will open the Processor User Search page. 

Click on the 'Create' Button at the top of the Search page to create a new Processor User.

The Create Processor User page will be displayed.

You must enter a value in all fields marked with an  icon. This designates required information. 

To allow the Processor User to log in successfully you must select the 'Enable Login' checkbox.

Click the 'Save' Button to create the new user.

It's a good practice to run a search on the newly created user to make sure that everything is correct before notifying the Processor User that their account is ready.
