The Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Regulation (CROMERR) provides the legal framework for electronic reporting (ER) under all of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) environmental regulations. It appears that CROMERR is intended as a business-to-government and government-to-government eSignature program, and as such, it's requirements are quite different from systems with a primary focus on citizen-to-government transactions.
