Processor User Search

Select Processor Users from the Admin menu.

Search by User Name

Type your search term in the User Name text box and hit Search. Results will be displayed below. If you type in a partial name then all relevant results will be displayed. 

Search by Company Name

Type your search term in the Company Name text box and hit Search. Results will be displayed below. If you type in a partial name then all relevant results will be displayed. (For instance, King Crab Processing USA and Viking both contain the 'king' in their company names).


Search by Federal Permit Number

Type your search term in the Fed. Permit # text box and hit Search. Results will be displayed below.

Search by Multiple Criteria

Type your search terms in the relevant text boxes and hit Search. In this case we're searching on a partial User Name, a partial Company Name, and a Port. As you can see this search is much more flexible than the previous Agency Desktop search. Results will be displayed below. If you need to clear all of the data at one time you can hit the Reset button which will clear all of the text boxes and the results table as well. 

Create Processor User

This documents how to create a Processor User. However, all Processor User creation should be done only by designated Agency personnel.

Processor Users

  • Agency staff should not be creating new processor users anymore. New operations and processor users must go through the eLandings registration procedure.
  • Direct potential users to http://elandings.alaska.gov/ or have them call eLandings User Support at 907-586-7462 for further information.

Select the Create User button at the top of the Processor User page.

To create a processor user you will need to fill in every box that has a red tool tip. These are the required fields. In this case it is all fields. Please consult with the relevant agency staff (see above). When everything has been filled out hit the Save Button. 


Agency User Search

Select Agency Users from the Admin menu.

Search by User ID

Enter the User ID and click the Search button. Results will be displayed in the table below.

Searching by User ID doesn't all partial input (ex. "COL"). You must match the exact User ID if not you will receive a User Not Found error.

Search by User Name

Enter a complete or partial User Name and click the Search button. Results will display in the table below.

User Name searches allow searching on partial input and will return all results that match. (ex. "Col")


Search by Agency

Select an Agency from the drop down menu and click the Search button. This will display all results for that agency if you don't specify multiple criteria (ex. a User Name as well). The results will display in the table below.

Create Agency User

This documents how to create an Agency User. However, all Agency User creation should be done only by designated Agency personnel.

Select the Create User button at the top of the Agency User page.

To successfully create a new Agency User you will have to complete all the information highlighted below. That is the minimum necessary to create the new user. However, if possible all the information (Security Level, Mass Update, etc.) should be filled out. Please consult relevant agency staff with questions (see above).

Operation Search

Select Operation from the Admin menu.

This will open the main Operation Search page.

Select the tooltips for more information.

Search by Operation Name

You can search by many criteria. For example searching by "king" in Operation Name will pull up every operation that has the "king" as part of it's name.

Search by Operation Type

Select the Operation Type from the drop down menu.

After you've selected the type of operation hit the Search Button. The results will display in the table below.

Search by Federal Permit Number

Type your search term in the Federal Permit # text box and hit Search. Results will be displayed below.

Search by Proc Code

Type your search term in the Proc Code text box and hit Search. You must include the alphabetic part of the code ("F" in F1232) or the correct records will not be found. Results will be displayed below. 

Search by Multiple Criteria

You can further narrow your results by combining search criteria. For instance, a partial name, a type, and a port to drill down to a specific record.

Display All Operations

To display all operations select the Search Button with no criteria. This will display all active operations in the system. 


Edit Operations

To Edit or Add a Tender to an operation select that operation from the results list at the bottom of the page.

Make sure that the operation that you want to edit is selected, the selected operation will appear highlighted in blue (ex. TOADS).  You may have to drill down into the tree by clicking on the arrows (circled on the screenshot) to get the operation you want. Click on the drop down at the upper right of the screen and select Edit.

The Edit Operation popup will be shown. The greyed out options cannot be changed here, but the rest of the information may be edited as necessary.

Add/Delete/Edit an Operation User

Add a new user

First select the operation you would like to add a user to (ex. WAI SEAFOODS). Then click the icon to the right just above the table. This is the new user icon.

Select what type of action you would like from the Type drop down menu and fill out the remaining boxes as necessary. Click the Save button to associate the user with the previously selected operation.

Edit an existing user

Make sure the correct operation is selected. The click the icon in the table below next to the user you would like to edit.

Edit the desired information for that user. 

Delete an existing user

Make sure correct operation is selected and click the trash icon in the table below next to the user you would like to delete. 

Operation History

To display the history for an operation first make sure the correct operation is selected. Next select the drop down menu icon at the top right of the page and select the History option.

The History table will pop up with a display of all actions that have occurred to the selected operation. If necessary select the arrow at the bottom right of the pop up and drag to expand the window. Click on the x at the top right to close the History Table. 

Create a New Operation
