Search by Multiple Criteria

Type your search terms in the relevant text boxes and hit Search. In this case we're searching on a partial User Name, a partial Company Name, and a Port. As you can see this search is much more flexible than the previous Agency Desktop search. Results will be displayed below. If you need to clear all of the data at one time you can hit the Reset button which will clear all of the text boxes and the results table as well.

Create Processor User

This documents how to create a Processor User. However, all Processor User creation should be done only by designated Agency personnel.

Processor Users

  • Agency staff should not be creating new processor users anymore. New operations and processor users must go through the eLandings registration procedure.
  • Direct potential users to http://elandings.alaska.gov/ or have them call eLandings User Support at 907-586-7462 for further information.

Select the Create User button at the top of the Processor User page.

To create a processor user you will need to fill in every box that has a red tool tip. These are the required fields. In this case it is all fields. Please consult with the relevant agency staff (see above). When everything has been filled out hit the Save Button.
