In early 2010, an eLandings training workshop was held to train on eLandings XML handling. Notes and sample code for working with eLandings XML is available at: XML Interface workshop

Third-party developers are recommended to use the most current version of the XML schema in their development. We recommend third-party development include a mechanism to quickly upgrade their code to the new schema version when new schema versions come out. Typically changes occur on a monthly basis. That being said, the eLandings public web services are designed to minimize impact on third-party due to code changes. However, this courtesy is not always possible or practical. Third-party developers are responsible for implementing their own change management strategies.

The XSD files are available for download at:

eLandings supplies a XML checking service to ensure that the XML code generated by third-party software tools  are valid according to the eLandings XML definition. This can be an invaluable tool in debugging.  The XML Check is located at:

The eLandings team is limited in time and resources. We are unable to debug third-party code. Please use this XML Checking tool to validate and debug the XML that your system is producing.
