eLandings User Manual

I installed the program, and it has been working, but now it does not start and I am getting error messages

  • A dialog that states, “A serious system error…..”
  • A dialog that states "Unable to Launch Application",
  • A system error message that states something has "Timed Out",
  • A system error message saying something about a "Socket Closed",
  • Some other strange language in a dialog box indicating inability of the program to run.

These most often result from temporary internet issues. Check to make sure you are still connected to the internet, and try to start the program again. If it still does not start, wait a few minutes, and try again. If it still does not start, download the program again from the link in the previous question. If that still does not fix it, contact elandings@alaska.gov for assistance.
