OPERATIONS, USERID and PASSWORDS
- Where do I get the 2024 version of the PTI and what is the version?
- tLandings PTI does not let me login
- Can I set up a new tender user in the tlandings PTI?
- I need another person to enter data in tLandings Tender Workstation (TWS). How do I add this person as a user?
- The tender operator forgot his password. Is his password stored on the PTI?
- A tender operator just called to say he is ready to take deliveries, but just noticed his thumbdrive is for a different tender. What do I tell him?
- I have a tender skipper transferring from one tender to another. Do I have him take his thumb drives with him or leave them with the boat?

CONFIGURE THUMB DRIVES
- When do I insert the thumb drive, before or after my computer is on? Before the PTI program is running or after?
- How do I know which drive(s) to use for tLandings installation?
- tLandings install process failed. What now?
- Do I have to close the PTI application before I remove thumb drives or to start configuring for another tender?
- Can I set up an icon for the tLandings application for the tender operators on their desktop? Will it always know the correct drive?

IMPORT LANDING REPORTS
- Unable to Upload Thumb Drive in PTI Troubleshooting
- When trying to import landing reports, it tells me that I am using the wrong environment and does not let me import.
- When trying to import a report, it tells me the landing report is already imported and does not let me import.
- Tender log does not match Report Import Page
- I began to import landing reports, but accidentally closed the dialog before importing. Now it says there are no landing reports to import!
