If you've already landed IFQ fish, you still are required to submit a final report with your landed fish in eLandings, but without generating or submitting your IFQ catch.
Scenario
Longline vessel (ADF&G# 4) landed and reported 10,000 lbs of halibut on 4/2/2009 at NMFS Test Kodiak Plant. IFQ reports were created and submitted. However, after the IFQ reports were submitted, 2,000 lbs of additional fish were discovered.
The harvester fished in the following stat area:

Getting Started
Login to the eLandings training website: http://elandingst.alaska.gov as user lshark, password L_shark. Select the default operation and 'Groundfish Landing Report' as shown.
Enter the vessel and permit information as shown below.
Enter the stat area using the stat area worksheet. Click Save.
Click on the Add/Edit Itemized catch button. Enter your line items. Click Save.
Submit your initial report by clicking on the Submit Initial Report button.
Skip the step where you generate IFQ Reports and submit IFQ Reports.
Submit your final report by clicking on the Submit Final Report button.
