Accessing the Agency Web

This is a replacement for Agency Desktop (a.k.a. agencyIf). The Agency Desktop was retired permanently in February of 2019.

Accessing the Agency Web

The Agency Desktop The eLandings Agency Web can be accessed by following this link: Agency Desktop Web we recommend using internet browser Google Chrome.

  • Enter your eLandings Agency Desktop Web user ID and password and click Login
  • If your user ID and password are accepted, the Agency Desktop Web homepage will open.display
  • If you have forgotten your password, enter your user name and click Forgot Password.
  • Your password will be emailed to address associated with your account.

Changing Your Password

  • Once logged into the Agency Desktop, go to the top right corner and click on the arrow next to your user name.
  • Select Change Password

  • Enter your current password, new password, confirm new password, and click Save.

  • The next time you login to the application use your new password.

Resetting an Agency User's Password

Please note that all users are able to retrieve and reset their own passwords using the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen. Occasionally, a user will not receive the temporary password despite trying to to reset it themselves. If the issue cannot be resolved, eLandings support staff have the ability to generate temporary passwords on behalf of the user. This functionality should be used as a last resort. 

Step 1.

  • Once logged into the Agency Desktop, go to the top menu Admin, click on the arrow, and select Agency Users.
  • Search for the user by user ID, User name or Agency
  • Click on the User ID who's password needs to be reset

  • You will be prompted to confirm the generation of a temporary password that can be given to the Agency user. Confirm to continue:

Searching for Reports

  • The Agency Desktop provides users with the ability to search for reports that have been submitted through the eLandings, seaLandings, and tLandings applications.
  • There are two methods that can be used to locate reports, the Direct Method and the Landing Report search dialog box.

Opening Landing Reports Directly From the Home Page

  • If you click on the Search button from the home page

  • This allows you to locate a landing report using multiple search criteria.

  • If you know the report number, you can view it by entering the report ID here and clicking on Search.

  • Clicking on the report ID in blue text will instantly display the landing report.

  • Searching by the fish ticket number will also locate the landing report.

  • If you know the report ID, Fish Ticket Number, Production Report ID or Logbook ID, you can use the quick search function on your home screen, which may or may not look a little different than the one pictured below. 
  • Entering a valid report ID in any of the fields shown on the homepage and clicking the "Show" button below the field will open the report immediately in another tab.

  • If you do not know the exact report ID, you can use the Reports dropdown menu at the upper left of the screen to navigate to a search page.          
    • Please note that the Logbooks menu item is for a legacy logbook search and the Daily Reports menu item is for the new Daily Trip Report logbook. The majority of Catcher Processor logbooks will be found under the Daily Reports menu item.

  • In this scenario, we navigated to the landing report search page, which you can see displayed below. You can use any of the fields to create search criteria. The "Permits", "More", and "Dates" sections are collapsible, and can be expanded by clicking on the title.

Locate a Landing Report using Multiple Search Criteria

Step 1. Go to  Using the dropdown menus at the top of the Agency web screen, click on Reports, then Landing Reports. This will bring up the landing report search screen. 
Step 2. Fill out the fields that you wish to use to query the eLandings database, then click on the Search button to populate the table with reports that meet the criteria you entered.

  • Expand the Permits, More and Dates menus to display the advanced search options.
  • You may choose to use the drop-down menus to autofill those fields and eliminate extra data entry.

Step 3. Click . The reports that meet your search criteria will appear at the bottom of the screen, below the search button.

  • The button bank above the results allow you to reset your search criteria, print all the fish tickets for the landings that meet your criteria, unlock all the reports, assign a batch number (ADF&G Only) or save the search criteria to your home screen for future quick searches. 
  • If there are more than 10 reports that match the search criteria, there will be pagination markers at the bottom of the screen.

  • Once you have opened your report, click on the drop down menu in the top right corner.
  • Select the History button to view specific details about the report.

  • , you will be able to download the fish ticket from the CFEC permits tab below the header information, see details on stat areas, itemized catch, grading and pricing and IFQ report information if applicable.

  • If you would like to see the report's history, you can use the hamburger menu in the upper right hand corner of the report.

The history of the screen shot below indicates that this report has two versions:

  • The processor submitted the initial report (status 4) on 0408/1813/2018 2022 at 1418:3136
  • The processor created multiple versions (status 4) on 04/18/2018 between  07:31 and 07:52. on 08/13/2022 between 18:36 and 18:41.
  • The horizontal and vertical scroll bars allow you to view further information related to the report.

The history popup is currently not optimized. Future work should correct this behavior.

Locate a Production Report using Multiple Search Criteria

Step 1. Go Use the dropdown menu at the top of the Agency Web screen to navigate to Reports....Production Reports.
Step 2. Fill in the criteria which you want to use to locate specific production reports. Click on the Search button.
