When using the report extract function within the Agency Web, it can be used on its own or in conjunction with IERS System Monitor. This section will show how to do both. 

The report extract feature keeps a running list of all the extracts done in Agency Web by all users. The list has downloadable links for each extract call from the system.

Using the Report Extract Feature

To use the Report Extract Feature feature navigate to Reports > Report Extract Files.

This will open the System Monitor search page where an agency user can search for activity within the whole of the eLandings system. All activity on the eLandings platforms is recorded and searchable with this tool. For our search we want to find out what the user ASKATE has been trying to download using the Processor Report Extraction feature

To search for ASKATE's activity, you will need to fill in some basic information at minimum or more if possible. The minimum search criteria would be the User ID, the WS Type which should be Report Extract, Error filters set at "Is Null", and a date range. Once this information is filled in, you can click search.

Image RemovedThe search will return a log of all the attempts to use the Report Extract within the Processor web. In the screen shot below you can see that the user ASKATE used the Report Extract function four different times. Although we don't have a detailed description of what the user was trying to retrieve, we do know that they attempted to retrieve it at 10:59 on 1/24/19. This time and date stamp gives us enough information to then look at the Report Extract to find the files that the User ASKATE was attempting to extract.

To find the files that the user ASKATE wanted to extract navigate to Reports > Report Extract Files

Then sort by the date.
