Does PTI and tLandings run with 64-bit Java?

No, you will see an error on PTI startup and the application will not start. However, you shouldn't encounter this as the correct Java version is included with PTI. If you do encounter this error please contact support at elandings@alaska.gov.

Please note that beginning January 1, 2020 tLandings will no longer be supporting 32 bit laptops.

Please review your equipment to see how many laptops will need to be upgraded before this time. To determine what bit your laptop is please see:
