Entering Paper Fish Tickets into eLandings

Sometimes users cannot enter tickets into tLandings or upload them into eLandings through the PTI. If a paper fish ticket was made, or if the original landing was made in tLandings and a printed fish ticket was printed and signed (but they couldn't upload the thumb drive because it was lost or corrupted), direct the user to the eLandings webpage and have them create a new landing report for the appropriate species.  This is why we make users print and sign a paper ticket even though this is electronic reporting.

When users are entering paper tickets in eLandings, make sure to tell them to include the paper fish ticket number in the eLandings landing report page. There is a box that has entered from Paper FT. See image below.

Once they have done that they need to staple the new printed ticket to the paper ticket for submission to ADF&G. It is very important that these two documents are submitted together as the paper fish ticket has the capture of the original permit holder signature as required by 5 AAC 39.130.
