Thumb drive does not seem to be working
Pull out the thumb drive and reinsert it correctly. If it is still not recognized by the computer, remove it and try using another thumb drive. If this does not work, remove all thumb drives and reboot the computer. We recommend you also verify that the USB port on your workstation is working properly.
Inserting the tLandings Thumbdrive with Windows 8
When you insert the tLandings Thumbdrive into a USB port on the computer, Windows 8 will frequently give a message: "There is a problem with this drive. Scan the drive now and fix it." We don't know why Windows 8 does this, we've tried scanning and it tells us that no errors were found, so the recommended thing to do is click "Continue without Scanning."
